Connect first with adb connect <TV-IP>:5555 and accept the prompt on the TV. Then paste the block into the same terminal.
Undo
Safe packages are ticked by default. Packages under Advanced were also disabled on the tested device, but they change how it behaves: casting, the remote's mic, apps you may use, or which screen opens on Home. Read your device page before ticking them.
