onn. 4K Plus Streaming Device (2025) debloat list

8 packages that owners have disabled on the onn. 4K Plus without breaking it, grouped by what they do. Copy the commands, run them over ADB, and undo any of them with one line.

Tested on: Google TV 14 (Android 14), build URO4.260304.011
Stock home screen: com.google.android.apps.tv.launcherx
Connecting with ADB: Turning on USB debugging opens port 5555 straight away. No pairing step is needed.

Read this first

Keep com.google.android.tv.remote.service enabled: on this box it also carries the remote's microphone.
Forget and re-join your Wi-Fi before disabling setupwraith, or the box drops off the network.
The contributor also turned off YouTube, Netflix and Chromecast built-in because they use other apps. Those lines are marked "off by choice"; skip them if you use those apps.
Free TV (Freeplay) lives inside the stock launcher and goes away with it.

These were also disabled on the tested device, but each one changes how the TV behaves (casting, the remote's mic, apps you may use, or which screen opens on Home). Only disable them after reading the warnings above.
